For example, you might place it between your knees and gently squeeze during a bridge, hold it between your hands during controlled core movements or position it behind your back for support during certain floor exercises. The important thing isn’t finding the most complicated exercise possible. Start with simple movements you can already control and use the ball to gradually change the challenge.
Is a 23cm exercise ball good for core training?
Yes, a 23cm ball is designed for a very different job from a large gym or Swiss ball. Rather than sitting or lying across it, a small ball can be positioned between different parts of your body or used as a support during controlled movements.
