About Together We Lift
- Together We Lift, mental health fundraisers designed to bring the strength community together. These events are run entirely not for profit, with the funds raised going directly to localised mental health charities.
- Together We Lift is travelling the UK to grow awareness of localised mental health services, and to form a sustainable and meaningful relationship between the localised mental health charity and the local gym.
- Our events are NOT competitions. They are coach-lead event days, where you are there to learn, improve, and meet like minded people. It’s you vs you, but the difference on this day is you are not alone. You have an elite level coach and group of like minded people supporting you every step of the way.

About Here Come The Girls’
Englands’ first women’s only strength league that takes place across multiple locations. An AL Strength event that brings together three independent gyms, and event promoters to create a safe and encouraging space for women to enter.
Enter just one event, or enter all three. We have two point scoring systems at play meaning there are on the day winners, as well as league winners.
