Coaching
Our coaching is built around real people and real progress. Led by Abbie at our Sawtry Private Fitness Studio, we offer personal training and small group fitness coaching designed to support strength, confidence and long-term wellbeing. Events
We host coach-led strength events across the UK through our Together We Lift series, raising awareness for mental health while bringing independent gyms and strength communities together. Our events combine structured lifting challenges, community spirit and meaningful fundraising, creating impact both locally and nationwide.

Our online fitness shop is built from the studio floor up. As a small family-run business, Abbie and I personally select the strength training equipment, accessories and studio essentials we use every day with our own Buds. We’re qualified fitness professionals first, retailers second, and that matters.
