Ice baths have become a go-to tool for Strongmen and Women, Powerlifters, runners, fighters, and anyone looking to boost recovery and build resilience. The Phoenix Fitness Ice Bath gives you the benefits of cold water therapy, without the cost or commitment of a permanent setup.

It’s easy to assemble, easy to drain, and built to last. This Ice Bath is perfect for garden gyms, garage setups, or post-session cool-downs. We love this ice bath because it’s just easy. You’ve got two size Ice Bath options from Phoenix Fitness. A 300L Ice Bath or 420L Ice Bath, so whether you want a quick cold dip or full-body plunge, you’re covered.

The triple-layer build means it’s solid too: a heavy-duty nylon outer, foam insulation in the middle, and a watertight PVC lining on the inside.

It sets up in about five minutes (no tools needed), folds down into a carry bag when you’re done, and comes with everything you need. A drainage tap, hand pump, lid, and a weatherproof cover to keep things clean between uses.
