Cream Extra Large Yoga Mat with Alignment Lines
Want a little more room on your mat without turning half the living room into a workout space? This extra large cream yoga mat measures 195 x 68cm, giving you more space to move, stretch and settle into positions comfortably.
The laser-etched alignment lines give you simple reference points for your hands, feet and body position. They are particularly useful when you’re learning yoga and still figuring out where everything should go, but they’re just as handy when you want to check your positioning during your practice. At 6mm thick, you’ve got a good level of cushioning under your hands, knees and feet, while the PU top and rubber base are designed to give you plenty of grip and stability.

Is an alignment yoga mat worth it for beginners?
We think so, especially if you’re learning at home. An alignment mat gives you visible reference points for where your hands and feet are positioned. That doesn’t mean you need to make every pose look picture-perfect, but it can make it much easier to understand your positioning and notice when one side is sitting differently to the other. For a beginner, it’s a useful guide without adding anything complicated to your yoga kit.
How big is the Cream Extra Large Alignment Yoga Mat?
The mat measures 195cm long x 68cm wide and is 6mm thick. That gives you noticeably more room than many standard yoga mats, which can be useful if you’re taller, have a broader stance, or simply dislike feeling like you’re constantly running out of mat. Despite the extra space, it’s still a normal single-person yoga mat rather than one of the huge exercise mats designed to cover a large section of floor.
