    Liquid chalk is used across so many sport discipline, as you really are only as strong as your grip allows you to be.

    Unlike block chalk, liquid chalk will not make a mess of your gym-bag. It will not leave a mess on the gym floor, and will last longer. Mega-Grip liquid chalk provides a you with confidence that it will not be down to your grip that you do not perform. If you are someone who suffers with sweaty palms (you are not alone) Liquid chalk is like “wet” tyres on Formula 1 car, they will enhance your grip to ensure you can still achieve your performance.

    At Buds Fitness we have seen Mega-Grip Liquid chalk used in many sporting arenas including:

    How to apply:

    • Start by shaking the the bottle before use.
    • Apply a 10p piece amount of liquid chalk to the palm of your hand, then gently rub your hands together.
    • Open your palms out, and allow the air to dry the liquid chalk.
    • The end result should be a thin white layer of chalk on your hands, and then

    This belt has exceeded my expectations. I was worried it was going to be 'finicky' putting it on and off but it could not be easier. It is the perfect fit and has a high quality strap that is easy to pull with no effort needed to tighten. The belt of very supportive and instantly makes me feel secure across my back and hips. The velcro does not catch on my leggings or my tops and the strap secures all the way around which means I don't have any material hanging or being annoying. I highly recommend this!
