Description
Pink Kettlebell, Ideal for home workouts!
Are you looking for a Pink Kettlebell that is simple to use, easy to store and gives you plenty of options for training at home? The Phoenix Fitness Pink Vinyl Kettlebell is available in 2kg, 4kg, 6kg, 8kg, 10kg and 12kg, so you can choose a weight that suits where you are now rather than buying something unnecessarily heavy.
Some of our favourite workouts in our Fitness Studio use a Kettlebells. Exercises like Kettlebell swings, goblet squats, presses, carries, Romanian Deadlifts and plenty of other strength exercises. The vinyl finish is easy to wipe clean, while the wide handle gives you plenty of room to grip the kettlebell comfortably through different movements.
What weight pink kettlebell should a beginner buy?
There isn’t one Kettlebell Weight that is right for every beginner because it depends on your current strength and the exercises you want to do. For lighter upper-body exercises, a 2kg, 4kg or 6kg kettlebell can be a sensible place to start. For movements using more of the body, such as goblet squats, deadlifts and two-handed swings, some beginners may find 6kg, 8kg or even 10kg more useful.
Our advice is simple: choose a weight you can control properly. You don’t get extra points for buying the heaviest kettlebell you can pick up.
Are these pink kettlebells sold as a set?
No. Choose the individual kettlebell weight you need from the available 2kg, 4kg, 6kg, 8kg, 10kg and 12kg options. This can actually be useful if you’re building your home gym gradually because you can start with the weight you need now and add another later as your training progresses.
Our view of Vinyl Kettlebells at Buds Fitness
For beginners and Home Workouts, we think these make loads of sense. You don’t need a rack full of Kettlebells to get started. One well-chosen weight can give you loads of exercise options, and then you can add another as you get stronger.
Our biggest bit of advice is do not to buy the heaviest one first. Think about what you’re actually going to use it for. If you’re completely new, going slightly lighter while you learn your technique usually makes more sense than fighting with a kettlebell that’s too heavy from day one.
On the other hand, if you’re already comfortably swinging 12kg and want something you can progress with for longer, we’d skip this range and look at our heavier Phoenix Fitness vinyl kettlebells instead. If you’re happy spending a little more and prefer a different style of kettlebell, you can also compare these with our Myga premium cast iron kettlebells.
You don’t need the most expensive option just because it costs more. Pick the kettlebell that actually suits your training plan, and just as important, your training environment.
