Pink Anti-slip Barbell Pad Ideal for hip thrusts.

Ergonomically designed to provide a comfortable level of cushion to relieve pressure on your neck and shoulders during squats.

Made from black EVA Foam, this barbell pad is both flexible and lightweight making it an ideal travel companion meaning that you can take your own barbell pad to the gym with you.

Measuring at 44cm wide and 9cm in height, the 3cm thick EVA foam padding wraps comfortably around ALL traditional squat bars, Olympic barbells or standard 1 ich barbells. This is NOT suitable for Axle or Fat Grip barbells.

Complete with 2 adjustable safety straps the you will be able use the hook and loop fastening to secure your barbell pad in place for the most intense of workouts.

Can a barbell pad be used for hip thrusters?
You absolutely can, and it certainly is becoming more popular to use a barbell pad for more than just squats. You can use it for a number of exercises and one of those is hip thrusters. Being 44cm wide the pad will sit comfortable across you lap during hip thrusters.
