Personal Training is a fantastic way to achieve your personal fitness goals whether that’s losing weight, increasing your functional fitness so that you can run around after your children or grab that tin from the top shelf or, helping you achieve that personal best.

Personal Training
All 1-2-1 personal training sessions take place in an encouraging, private and judgement-free gym space, with sessions available throughout the day, and week.
Your first session involves a free consultation where we can find out what it is that you’d like to achieve, get to know each other, understand your current fitness level, show you our fitness studio and work out a realistic and achievable fitness plan together.
All our sessions are designed to be fun, take you closer to your goals and leave you feeling great and wanting more!

Cancellation Policy
As a small, private training facility, we kindly ask that clients provide at least one week’s notice for any block booking cancellations. This allows us to offer your slot to another client and maintain consistent scheduling.
Cancellations and Rescheduling

Individual sessions: Please provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a booked session.

Block bookings: Require one week’s notice to cancel remaining sessions within a block.
If you are unable to provide the required notice, the missed session(s) may be charged in full.
Injury or Illness
In the event of injury or illness, we are always happy to work with you to rearrange any pre-paid sessions at a mutually convenient time.
However, because sessions are paid for in blocks, refunds cannot be offered for unused sessions due to injury or illness.

We understand that life happens, and we will always aim to be flexible and fair wherever possible.
As a small, family-run business, our one-to-one structure depends on maintaining consistent bookings. Your understanding and communication help us continue providing a private, welcoming training environment — with access to the right equipment, without onlookers, and with the focus you deserve.

What are Home Plans?
Home Plans can be part of any of our Buds personal training plans, and can be included following your initial consultation or at a later date. Our Buds have the choice of 2 or 3 additional home or gym workouts a week, alongside each personal training session.
These additional workouts can be completed at home or in the gym and can even include one of our friendly fitness classes if you wish, and don’t worry we won’t judge you if you miss any, with each workout tailored to help you achieve your fitness goals more quickly. Please note our Home Plans do not include meal plans.

About Liam:
Liam is the Co-Founder of Buds Fitness, alongside his beautiful wife Abbie. Together, they’ve built a family-run fitness business shaped by authenticity, community, and strength. Buds Fitness a place that champions Fitness For All.
He’s also the Founder and Managing Director of Together We Lift, the fastest-growing mental health in strength movement in the UK. Through coach-led events across the country, Together We Lift unites lifters, gyms, and local charities to raise awareness and support for mental health.
Day to day, he works as a Strength & Conditioning Coach to a select handful of men in the Cambridgeshire area.
Behind the scenes, Liam is Buds Fitness’ chief picker-packerer, brand liaison, product buyer, and communications lead. Every product, parcel, and post that leaves Buds Fitness HQ carries a personal touch and a shared belief in progress over perfect.
As well as his work within the community, Liam serves as the Official Timekeeper for AL Promotions, supporting events from local showcases to national, European, and world-level competitions.
