Welcome to Buds Fitness. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and expectations for anyone using our services, attending our events, or shopping with us online.

Coaching Terms

Personal Training and Coaching Services

Buds Fitness offers one-to-one and small-group personal training services at our private studio in Sawtry, Cambridgeshire.
By booking a session, you agree to follow all guidance provided by your coach and to disclose any relevant health conditions that may affect your participation.

Bookings and Payments

All coaching sessions must be booked in advance.
Payments are required in full for all personal training sessions, blocks, or memberships before training begins.
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel sessions where payment has not been received.

Coaching Cancellation Policy

As a small, private training facility, we kindly ask that clients provide at least one week’s notice for any block booking cancellations. This allows us to offer your slot to another client and maintain consistent scheduling.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Individual sessions: Please provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a booked session.

Block bookings: Require one week’s notice to cancel remaining sessions within a block.

If you are unable to provide the required notice, the missed session(s) may be charged in full.

Injury or Illness

In the event of injury or illness, we are always happy to work with you to rearrange any pre-paid sessions at a mutually convenient time.

However, because sessions are paid for in blocks, refunds cannot be offered for unused sessions due to injury or illness.

Fairness and Understanding

As a family run business we understand that life happens, and we will always aim to be flexible and fair wherever possible.

As a small business, our one-to-one structure depends on maintaining consistent bookings. Your understanding and communication help us continue providing a private, welcoming training environment, with access to the right equipment, without onlookers, and with the focus you deserve.

Health and Safety

All clients must complete a PAR-Q (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) before beginning training.

Please notify your coach of any changes to your health or medication during your training period.

Buds Fitness cannot be held liable for injuries resulting from the misuse of equipment or failure to follow coaching advice

Event Terms

Participation

Event participation (including those hosted by Together We Lift) requires prior registration.
By signing up, you confirm that you are fit to participate and accept responsibility for your own health and well-being during the event.

Refunds and Transfers

Event entry fees are non-refundable once your place is confirmed.
However, where possible, entries may be transferred to another participant or deferred to a future event with at least 14 days’ notice.

Safety and Conduct

All participants are expected to follow event instructions and safety guidance at all times.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone engaging in unsafe or disruptive behaviour.

Photography and Media

By attending a Buds Fitness or Together We Lift event, you consent to photography and videography that may be used for promotional purposes on our website, social media, or partner channels.

Shop Terms

Products and Orders

All products listed on our website are subject to availability.
Buds Fitness reserves the right to update, remove, or amend product listings without notice.
If an order cannot be fulfilled, you will be notified and refunded promptly.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£). Buds Fitness Ltd is not currently VAT registered.
Payment must be made in full at checkout through our secure payment gateway.

Delivery

Orders are shipped in accordance with our UK Shipping Policy.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier services.

Returns and Refunds

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return eligible items in line with our Refund Policy.
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Warranty

Certain products may include manufacturer warranties. Where applicable, this will be stated on the product page.
Please contact us if you believe your product is defective.

Please note that our office hours differ from our Personal Training opening hours.
All order enquiries and emails are checked Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm.
Messages received outside these hours will be responded to as soon as possible during office hours.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
