Team Industry x Together We Lift

Big hearts. Big lifts. Bigger impact.
There are moments in this journey where we stop, smile, and go:
“Yep… this one’s special.” Team Industry coming on board as a sponsor for Together We Lift is on of those moments.
Not only are they backing our mission to raise awareness for mental health through strength-based community events, but they’ve also stepped up in a big way — connecting us with two absolute legends in the strength world: Kane Francis and Lucy Underdown.
Let’s just say… this partnership isn’t just muscle. It’s heart.
Why this partnership feels right
From the get-go, we knew Team Industry weren’t just here to put a logo on a banner. They’re here for the same reasons we are: to create space, spark conversation, and remind people that they’re not alone.
We’ve always believed that lifting — like life — is better with support. And Team Industry gets that. Their commitment to athlete wellbeing, mental health advocacy, and community-first action makes them a natural part of the Together We Lift family.
More than support. It’s real collaboration.
Team Industry have gone above and beyond by getting stuck in — not just financially, but hands-on.
- Raffle donations? Sorted.
- Shouting about our mission from the rooftops (and their socials)? Already doing it.
- Introducing us to world-class athletes who actually want to show up and coach? We’re still pinching ourselves.
They’ve not only brought clout — they’ve brought care. And that means the world to us.
Meet the legends backing the mission
Now, about those athletes. We’d love to say we played it cool, but the truth is we’re still buzzing.
🌀 Kane Francis — “The Hurricane”
Fresh off being crowned England’s Strongest Man 2024, Kane is the kind of person who fills a room — not just with his strength, but with his presence. He’s the real deal: strong as they come, but deeply grounded and genuinely passionate about lifting others up, not just weights.
He’ll be jumping in to support some of our upcoming events, and let’s just say… if you see a 6ft+ tank of a human teaching someone how to deadlift with a smile on his face? That’s Kane. Absolute gem.
👑 Lucy Underdown — Queen of the Deadlift
Lucy isn’t just strong. Lucy has re-written the rulebook of strong women. The first woman in the world to deadlift 700lbs. Current women’s world record holder at 325kg. And still finds time to show up for her community.
We love Lucy not just for what she lifts, but for what she stands for: showing the next generation what’s possible, smashing stereotypes, and reminding everyone that strength comes in many forms.
What this means for Together We Lift
With Team Industry’s support, we’re better equipped than ever to do what we do best:
- Provide elite level coaching and support from world class strength athletes.
- Raise funds for mental health charities that do vital local work.
- Build a network of lifters who genuinely care about one another.
- Put community first, always.
They’re helping us grow — not by shouting louder, but by showing up better.
In summary: we’re buzzing
We couldn’t be prouder to stand alongside Team Industry, Kane, and Lucy. Not just because of what they’ve achieved, but because of who they are and how they show up.
This isn’t just a sponsorship. It’s a sign of what’s possible when strong people lead with kindness. And that’s what Together We Lift is all about.
Here’s to more PBs, more laughs, and more conversations that matter.
Because strength isn’t just in the lift — it’s in who’s standing beside you when things feel heavy.
Want to get involved?
There’s space for everyone in this community — whether you lift 20kg or 200kg, whether you’re just starting out or you’ve been training for years.
