Mental Health Fundraiser – Coach supported training day at Inner Athlete in Hampshire.

A huge thank you to Inner Athlete for donating their time, and space to host this exceptional event.

Event day details;
Sunday 26th April 2026

  • Registration 9am
  • Athlete meeting 945am.
  • First lift 10am
  • Home-time 4pm

Event Stations
You will get 40 minutes per event station within your equal ability groups, where the coaches are there to assist you through your lifts.

  • Traditional Deadlift
  • Barbell Overhead Press
  • Sandbag over Yoke & Two man sandbag
  • Farmers Walk & Farmers Hold

This event is supported by Team Industry and as such all coaches on the day will the Team Industry Ambassadors including; Ryan England, Lucy Underdown, Kane Francis & Josh Walton.

The Main Event
Our events always conclude with a Tandem Deadlift on our ALFitness Team Deadlift Bar which is a purpose built 47kg stiff Axle Bar, which even under 565kg did not show signs of bend at Nova Performance in St Ives Cambridgeshire when our current record was set.
