FitFactory are our group fitness classes. They’re ideal for anyone looking for a fun fitness class and a way to get fit and meet a great group of like-minded people.

Fitness Classes in Sawtry

We firmly believe fitness is for all, which is why our classes are suitable for all ages and abilities from 3 to 93 from beginner to seasoned gym goer.

To reflect our beliefs, every exercise we do in our classes can be modified, with each exercise station having a ‘beginner bud’, a ‘low impact bud’ and a ‘standard bud’ exercise option – it really is your choice. Each session is 40 minutes in length and includes a guided warm up and cool down with different exercises each week designed to challenge you, whilst giving you a fun, functional workout that leaves you wanting more and more every week.

Family friendly Fitness

As a completely family friendly gym that believes fitness is for all, we welcome children at our gym. During our FitFactory sessions we always ensure that there is space for your children to join you, or plenty of space at the sides and in between exercise stations so that your children can take part or sit out, as they wish.
