Event Stations

You will get 40 minutes per event station within your equal ability groups, where coaches will support you through every lift.

• Log – Floor to overhead
• Sandbag Loading
• Sandbag Toss
• Traditional Deadlift

The Main Event

We always finish with something special, an event that embodies the reason that we are there. To show case that TOGETHER WE ARE STRONGER.

Our events conclude with the Tandem Deadlift using the ALFitness Team Deadlift Bar. This purpose-built 47kg stiff axle bar has already proven itself under extreme loads, holding firm at over 565kg during our current record lift at Nova Performance in St Ives, Cambridgeshire.

This is where the full community comes together. One bar. Two lifters. One shared effort.

The Coaches

This event will be supported by experienced strength coaches and ambassadors from the Together We Lift network. Final coach announcements will be confirmed soon, with a focus on delivering an inclusive, supportive, and high-energy experience for all involved.

About Together We Lift

Together We Lift is a coach-led mental health initiative designed to bring people together through strength.

Our events are adaptive friendly, meaning they are suitable for any level of ability or disability. Adaptive coaches are available on the day to support and guide you through each movement.

Whether you are stepping onto a lifting platform for the first time or you have years of experience, you will be welcomed, supported, and part of something bigger.
